  7. Look down at your keyboard. Notice that the "G" is beside the 
  8. "F".  The "G" is keyed with the "F" finger.  Without removing the
  9. other fingers from their positions on the home row keys, reach 
  10. from "F" over to "G" and back to  "F" again. Practice this reach 
  11. until you feel comfortable.
